Theater for Humanity begins with a series of 12 workshops designed for 14 participants: 7 formerly incarcerated persons and 7 police officers. The Participant Workbook & Reader is designed to guide police officers through the process. It includes:

1. Lectures and Skills By Session
2. Themes and Topics for Each Session
3. Excerpts from relevant book and articles
4. Scenes from plays about police and community relations

Each officer will follow along, prepare for the next session and track their progress towards the goal of expressing themselves and sharing their experiences with the community they are building.
